Once we receive your form, we'll schedule a Zoom or phone call to discuss your trip in more detail. During this call, we’ll dive into your vision, needs, and any special requests.

Using our industry expertise and global connections, we craft a bespoke travel proposal that reflects your style. You’ll receive up to three revisions to make sure it’s exactly what you envision.
STEP 3: PROPOSAL PREPARATION
Once approved, we handle all details—flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities. You’ll receive a polished itinerary with all the essentials for a smooth trip. For full-service planning, we’ll also include dining recommendations and local tips to enhance your experience.
STEP 4: BOOKING THE TRIP
We’ll confirm that you’re ready for takeoff with all the necessary documents, from passports to visas. Our final check-in ensures your trip begins smoothly. Enjoy peace of mind knowing we’re available throughout your journey.

This entails helping with room blocks, transportation, and other destination wedding logistics. *Note: Event planning is not included.
